Cassandra Lindsay

Cassandra oversees the overall management of the company, as well as being the primary contact for HR and Compliance. HR is managed with the support of Employsure.

Possessing a solid academic background and having been mentored herself by Angus Norris, former Chief Customer Officer of Bupa Global, Cassandra’s expertise in managing risk, strategic business knowledge and business process improvement has proven invaluable to All Star Earthworks.

Cassandra approaches all areas of management and operations, both in the field and in the office with a measured approach ensuring All Star Earthworks adheres to all legislative and regulatory requirements.

Timothy Walter

Timothy Walta

Timothy Walta brings a keen attention to detail and a wealth of experience in producing as-builts, managing ITPs, conducting onsite surveying, and overseeing GPS operations.

He proficiently manages employee scheduling, ensuring optimal resourcing for project requirements, and conducts daily equipment checks to maintain precision and efficiency.

Notable Project Experience as Senior Site Supervisor:

Delivery of Waurn Ponds Rail Stabling Yards:

  • Managed 200,000 tons of import and placement, including bulk earthworks, structural fill, drainage, CSR, ballast, and road pavements.
  • Successfully executed 24-hour shifts for two rail occupations, completing removal and reconstruction ahead of schedule and within budget.

Warrnambool Sewer Treatment Plant Extension:

  • Oversaw bulk earthworks, piling platform construction, and detailed excavation to expand the plant’s capacity.

Tim has experience in managing VicRoads Projects, Rail Occupations, Extensive earthworks and pavements, drainage, and electrical works. Ensuring quality and compliance to project specifications across concurrent work fronts.

Christopher Jones

Chris serves as the primary point of contact for all projects, providing comprehensive oversight from tender to completion. Known for his reliability, steadfastness, and commitment to accountability.

Christopher ensures project success through meticulous paperwork and continuous monitoring of project specifications and progress.

Notable Project Experience:

Palmsprings Auto Subdivision:

  • Conducted bulk earthworks, deeplift pavements, AG drains, and kerb and channel installations.
  • Executed slip lane and median turning lane construction on Christies Road (VicRoads), operating during night shifts to minimize traffic disruptions.

MFB Derrimut and Fitzgerald Road Works (VicRoads):

  • Managed profile and resheet works, installation of traffic signals and signage, construction of median crossings, and box culvert supply and installation.
  • Oversaw traffic management setup, permits, and aftercare activities.

Kaufland Distribution Centre:

  • Managed the bulk earthworks and pavement works, including subgrade preparation and FCR placement.
  • Managed design changes, compliance documents, progress tracking, and variation management.

Chris has experience in managing VicRoads projects, full scope subdivisions, commercial and industrial projects, Melbourne Water projects, and projects for local government.

Shane Lindsay

Shane Lindsay

BA(Hons) / BSc(Hons), M.Orth LaTrobe University

Shane Lindsay’s background as a professional Major League Baseball player instilled in him the power of both discipline and determination. He brings these qualities, along with over 20 years of experience in the Civil Construction sector to every project he tackles.

Shane has experience in supervising a variety of projects including wetland construction, retention systems and basement excavation, sports fields and associated infrastructure, stormwater drainage, outfalls and rock beaching, capping layers and clay lining projects.
