• Identified, removed, stockpiled and replaced 5,750m3 of unsuitable ground.

• Majority of the remaining fill material was above optimum moisture content and not suitable for placement onsite. Stockpiled all material and mixed with site won dry material to optimise moisture levels.

• Cut, place and compact 10,000m3 in layers while treating all material with lime to further stabilise the fill.

• Conducted comprehensive survey compliance checks for all base layers to maintain project integrity.

• Excavation of temporary batters and shaping of pool bases to specification.

• 10,825m2 of piling pad construction.

• Undertook the detailed excavation to basement footings.

• Recognised as a nominee for the New Contractor Award, reflecting our dedication to excellence in construction practices.
